Only the data you send us through the booking form or WhatsApp: name, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, flight number, luggage, child seat requirements and any notes you add.

Why we use it

To prepare a quote, confirm your booking and carry out the transfer. We do not use your data for automated profiling and we do not sell it to third parties.

Sharing

Data may be shared with the chauffeur assigned to your journey and with the messaging provider (WhatsApp) you choose to contact us through.

Retention

We keep booking data only for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with applicable tax and legal obligations.
